Dear Michael,
I've just finished reading your Sacré Cordon Bleu book and just had to write you. The book was absolutely fun to read and helped me quiet a lot.
I identified myself with you from the beginning. I'm a home cook, my friends love my food and up until a little while ago, I had piles and piles of tv chefs books.
I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Paris two months ago, sold most of my books on my food blog and just can't wait to find out if I can survive in a professional kitchen or not!
Anyway, thank you for writing such an inspiring book, I'm sure I'll do better at Le Cordon Bleu now that I have your advices!
